The estate consists of several houses that recreate the atmosphere of a family village: the manor house Casa Bini, the smallest and charming Hunting House and the residence of the family and the caretakers, all surrounded by a splendid landscape.
The manor house, dating back to the 18th century which retains the original charm of the Tuscan farmhouse, with 7 spacious and comfortable rooms, all with private bathroom. On the ground floor you will find a lounge with a large table for your convivial meals, a fully equipped kitchen and 3 bedrooms. On the first floor there are 4 more bedrooms with and a lounge with fireplace, ideal for relaxing and chatting.
A small and suggestive residence, just 50 meters from the manor house. Here you can enjoy a more intimate and cozy atmosphere, with a kitchen and living room on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms on the first floor.
The panoramic swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests, equipped with a changing room, bathroom and two gazebos with tables and chairs for moments of relax. It is reached by a flight of steps which will take you to a sunny and unspoilt area. The water is crystal clear and refreshing, the scenery is breathtaking and the tranquility is absolute. The swimming pool measures 15x7 meters and has a depth of 1.20.
