Arrival: between 3:00 pm and 8:00 pm
Departure: between 8:30 am and 9:30 am

Included in the price: freschly laundered bath-, bed- and kitchen-linen, use of the swimming-pool.

Not included in the price: charge for the final cleaning (€ 100,00 per apartment), extra cleaning, power, gas.

Payment: once the booking has arrived by fax, for which no confirmation deposit is requested, both parties are under obbligation.

Cancellation: in the event of cancellation, compensation is owed to the Management equivalent to: 30% of the amount for between the 60th and 30th day from the reservation date; a 100% in the 30 days immediatly before the reservation; nothing is owed for cancellation made more than 60 days before the reservation.

Caution-money: the caution-money agreed between the Management and the Renter is € 350,00, to be payed at the moment of key-allocation, by cash, traveller’s cheques or credit card, and is returned on departure, only after is has been ascertained that no damage has been caused to the apartment and its furnishing.

In case it is ascertained that damage to the apartment and its furnishing has been caused, at the discretion of the Management the value of the caution-money will be modified according to the certificate for compensation provided by specific legal opinion and ascertained technical estimate, and with regard also to the causes and estimate of the damage, determining the amount of damage, including the final depreciation, which will be accepted with all its conditions by both parties.

Note: On arriving the client will find the apartment cleaned and privided with the necessary shhet and linen for kitchen and bathroom. For those Clients who are staying two weeks, a weekly cleaning and change of linen is provided.
